Features
The bergamot is a citrus fruit with an intense, highly fragrant and precious flavour, and a round, slightly flattened shape.
It has a strong, sharp flavour, very similar to lemon but fruitier.
The aromatic zest of the bergamot is perfect for flavouring many different dishes, from risottos to fish dishes.
It is also an excellent flavouring for candied fruit, nougat, ice cream, liqueurs and various kinds of drinks.
Very rich in vitamins that help strengthen the immune system.

Shipping to Italy is free if your order includes a box of citrus fruit, or from €29 of products; otherwise it costs €9.90. For some smaller islands and hard-to-reach areas there is a surcharge, which we calculate from the postcode.
