Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and devices used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other
parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computing environment.
This data, necessary for the use of web services, is also processed in order to:
- obtain statistical information on the use of the services (most visited pages, number of visitors by time of day or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- check that the services offered are working correctly;
- meet obligations connected with computer crimes.
The data is not saved or stored.
Data provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary provision of personal data through the forms in the “register”, “contact” or “subscribe to the newsletter” sections involves the acquisition of the sender’s so-called common contact data, namely first name, last name and email address, which are the minimum necessary to reply to the request made there, as well as any other personal data voluntarily included in the message.

This site uses session cookies (which are not stored persistently on the user’s computer and disappear when the browser is closed) strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient browsing of the sites. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
The purposes of the processing carried out through our site are:
- For the processing of browsing data, to allow the site to be browsed, to check that it works correctly and securely, and to compile statistics, without it being possible to trace the identity of the data subject.
- For the processing of registration data, to allow you to access content uploaded to the site, including manuals, specific information on our products, certificates, declarations of conformity, etc.
- For the processing of data entered in the “contact” form, to satisfy your requests for specific information on our products and services, as well as any other request.
- For the processing of newsletter subscription data, to satisfy your request to receive informative emails about the products, services and events of our Company.
LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing carried out through our site is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken following your express requests for information or for access to documents concerning our products and services, through your spontaneous access to our site and by providing your personal data in the dedicated sections (for example in the “contact” and “register” sections); after your deletion, any further processing is based on the provisions of law and regulations, which impose on the Controller obligations of a fiscal and administrative nature and in any case connected with the information you requested or with the pre-contractual relationship that has ended.
In addition, where forms are completed to subscribe to promotional and advertising newsletters, the legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent of the data subject, pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, letter a) of the GDPR.
DATA TRANSFER
Personal data will be managed and stored in Europe, on the Controller’s servers located in Italy and/or on those of third-party companies, including abroad, appointed and duly designated as Processors for the use of the services requested. The personal data provided may be transferred abroad, inside and outside the European Union, within the limits and under the conditions set out in Arts. 44 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in order to meet purposes connected with the transfer itself.
RECIPIENTS
Personal data relating to the processing will not be disclosed or passed on to third parties, except:
- to the providers of website development and maintenance services;
- to the Controller’s collaborators and employees, duly trained as required by law, who act as persons authorised to process data, on the basis of our specific instructions;
- to the Judicial Authority, where requested, for the conduct of investigations and/or the prosecution of crimes.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
As a data subject, you always have the right, under Art. 7 of the Italian Privacy Code and Art. 15 of the GDPR, to:
- obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning you exists, even if not yet recorded, and have that data communicated to you in intelligible form, together with its origin, the purposes and methods of the processing and the logic applied where the processing is carried out with electronic means;
- obtain the erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data was collected and processed;
- obtain the updating, rectification and completion of your data;
- object, in whole or in part: a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning you, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct selling or carrying out market research or commercial communication, by means of automated calling systems without the intervention of an operator, by email and/or by traditional marketing methods by telephone and/or paper mail. Please note that the data subject’s right to object, set out in point b) above, to direct marketing by automated means extends to traditional means, and that in any case the data subject remains free to exercise the right to object even in part. The data subject can therefore decide to receive only communications by traditional means, or only automated communications, or neither type of communication;
- request and obtain from the Controller – where the legal basis for the processing is a contract or consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format, also in order to pass that data to another controller (the so-called right to personal data portability), where applicable, you also have the rights set out in Arts. 16-21 of the GDPR (right to rectification, right to be forgotten, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object);
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the Italian Data Protection Authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
In addition, we would in particular point out that:
- you can unsubscribe from our newsletter by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any of the emails you receive, so that you no longer receive our informative communications;
- you can instead cancel your registration on our site (made from the “register” section) by sending an email from the same address used to register, with the following text: “cancel registration”.
MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA
Providing personal data for the processing carried out through our site is optional, and so refusing to provide it will not cause any problems with browsing, but you will not be allowed to proceed with registration or with receiving or sending communications or messages.
MINORS
This Site and the Controller’s Services are not intended for minors under 18 and the Controller does not knowingly collect personal information relating to minors. If information on minors were inadvertently recorded, the Controller will delete it promptly, at the users’ request.
