Made with ripe black olives, Mediterranean flavourings and sunflower oil, it is a cream with a bold, genuine taste, perfect for bruschetta, crostini, starters and gourmet sandwiches.
The artisan processing brings out the naturalness of the olives, keeping the fragrances and nutritional properties of the fruit intact. Every jar holds the authentic flavour of Sicily, ready to spread or to use as a dressing for pasta dishes or fish and meat main courses.
