The AranciaDoc® Wild Onions are one of the most authentic preserves of Sicilian peasant tradition, prepared with selected little onions and natural flavourings.
Immersed in sunflower seed oil and enriched with mint, oregano, garlic and chilli pepper, they release an intense fragrance and a taste balanced between sweet, sour and spicy.
Thanks to local growing and artisan preparation, these little onions keep their natural crunch and their beneficial active compounds intact, such as flavonoids and allicin, which support the wellbeing of the heart and the immune system.
Perfect as a starter, a side dish or to go with cheeses and cured meats, they are a typical product that tells the most genuine soul of rural Sicily.
